New year Resolutions.

New year new beginnings as we often say,do we only turn a new leave at the new year ?
*Are these resolutions always kept ?
*Do you write them out or you take a mental note
Every year millions or people around the world make new year resolutions, mostly in the last days of the previous year or beginning of the new year
The recurring themes each year is mostly centered across, family, finance, health, career and spirituality
How ever once the new year wears of the hype of those resolutions wears of too.

Do not worry in this article i will be listing basic and very simple steps to keep up with the new resolutions.

*Get a diary or note book that can be kept in handy:writing down your resolutions,do not write too many, this will help to you to set goals by goals i mean realistic and achievable goals and will help you keep track of your progress.

*list out all of your resolutions in the note book or diary

*set a daily and weekly goal that motivates you,as you progress then you set monthly and

quarterly goals.
*Appraise yourself on a weekly basis to track your progress: what did i set out to do in the past year, where did i make progress or making progress, where didn't i make progress?

*Always have a plan B : if plan A does not go as planned always have an
alternative,

*Be around like minds:hang around people that are deliberate about achieving  resolutions they have set for themselves, that way you will be on track.

*Stay positive

in conclusion  do not make resolutions that do not motivate you when carrying them out, making a resolution without a well articulated plan is a total waste of time, make sure you are fully prepared for the setbacks and breakthroughs in carrying them out
remain focused and consistent.

  2. Don't over "tension" yourself. Keep track of each small win as this will keep you motivated. Celebrate the small wins. Do the best you can each day. Don't beat yourself up over the occasional slip up.

Dry skin can also be caused by using harsh soaps, taking hot showers too often, or certain medical conditions. The good news is that you don't need expensive skincare products to keep your skin healthy. With a few affordable items and simple daily habits, you can maintain soft, hydrated skin throughout the winter. 1. Use a Humidifier Indoor heating can make the air in your home very dry, which removes moisture from your skin. Using a humidifier helps add moisture back into the air, preventing your skin from becoming dry and irritated. If you don't own a humidifier, placing a bowl of water near a heat source can slightly increase humidity in the room. 2. Moisturize Immediately After Bathing Apply a moisturizer...

In the book FACTFULNESS by Hans Rosling (10 reasons we are wrong about the world and why things are better than we think) he highlighted a few questions to test the knowledge of the reader about the world,i will put down a few of them and their answers. 1.In all low income cou...
